Uploading Documents To Akrio

Explore the best ways to upload Costs and Sales invoices into your Akrio account by choosing the submission method that works for you. 

Below is an overview of the available methods for submitting each document type.


Costs and Sales invoices are records of accounts payable and receivable, bills, and payments your business owes or sends to customers for payments.

You can use the following methods to upload invoices to Akrio:

  1. Submit via the Akrio mobile app
  2. Upload from computer through Akrio web application
  3. Email to Akrio from your dedicated Akrio email address

Where Can I Find My Documents After Uploading Them?

Once uploaded, Akrio will extract the relevant data from your documents. After the extraction process, the items will appear in the appropriate Costs or Sales inbox based on the document type.

During Data Extraction

While the data is being extracted, your Cost and Sales items will appear in the ‘In Processing‘ section.

After Data Extraction is Complete

Once extraction is finished, your items will be moved to the ‘Inbox‘ of the Costs or Sales workspace, ready for review and further action.
