How to View and Edit Account Details in Akrio

Manage client details in Akrio to keep your accounts up to date. This guide explains the steps to view, update, and request changes to client information.

Clients to View and Edit Their Details in Akrio

  1. Navigate to the panel on the right side of the screen. Select Manage Accounts from the dropdown menu.




  1. You will be taken to a page displaying client account details, including integration, CRN, and practice code.



  1. To update your information, click the Manage button next to the section you want to edit. 


  1. Then, a page will appear with added information, including Accountant Stats, VAT details, and Filing Authentication Code.



  1. Make the necessary edits and click Request Update.


Note: Once you send the request to update client information, your sales flow administrator will approve the update.
