Follow this video tutorial guide to see how to add a Custom Line item using the Akrio Mobile App.
This page explains how to add a custom line item to a receipt, bill, or invoice across multiple categories within the Akrio mobile application.
- Open the Invoice or Receipt Tab and tap on the receipt you wish to add a line item to.
- Create Line Items
- Scroll down and tap ‘Line items’.
- Click the “Add” button located at the top-right corner of the screen to create a line item.
- Fill in the details like:
- Description
- Amount
- Tax Rate
- Category
- To add more, tap ‘Add’ on the top right corner and repeat.
- Fill in the details like:
- Categorise Costs
- Break down the total cost into specific charges.
Example: For an invoice with “Stationery” and “Computer Equipment,” create separate line items for each category.
- Save Your Changes
- Once all line items are entered and the totals match, go back to the Item details page and tap ‘Update’.
Note: You can always edit line items later by simply selecting that line item.
