Follow this video tutorial guide to see how to set customer rules.
You can use Customer Rules to automate the behaviours of documents to specific customers in Akrio.
To set a rule:
- Navigate to the Sales Inbox page.

- Select a document from the list to set its customer rules.

- Click Rules for Customer.

- Fill in details for available fields like category, currency, and auto-publish.

- When ready, click Apply.

Note: Once you’ve set a customer rule, it will be applied every time a new transaction to that customer is uploaded to Akrio.
